Job Description

• Provide guidance based on best practices/ industry trends to resolve incidents/ implement changes
• Provide in-depth functional advice and attend to diagnosis/ investigation/ troubleshooting of complex incidents and change requests
• Posses in-depth functional knowledge from business viewpoint and technical knowledge from system viewpoint
• Provide coaching to functional team members to upskill functional capabilities
• Ensure solutions are consistent with regional template and ensure regional solution architecture team is aligned

  • Attending to incidents & change requests

  • Prepare documentation

  • Implement changes

  • Provide advice to working-level team to resolve complex incidents and change request

  • Provide guidance based on best practices to efficiently implement incident fixes and change requests

  • Perform post deployment validation

  • Support end users in system usage and assist in raising overall SAP proficiency in the end user base and act as an SAP ambassador

  • Support regional roll-out projects with SAP focus across the region

  • Identify process enhancement and innovation

  • Ensure successful system and process integration

  • Delivery of system and businaess process training for PCR’s

  • Upgrade of business process and training documentation

  • Solution Manager usage for COE processes

Job Requirements :

Education

  • University / College graduate in IT or other relevant discipline

Experience

  • 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in regional solution/system support with SAP focus across the ASPAC region

  • Having experience in managing at least 3 or more consultants in Projects or Support Environment.

Certifications/licenses

  • Relevant SAP certification.

Special skills

  • Strong knowledge in accounting systems (SAP)
  • FAM/Treasury background and knowledge to manage communication with large Investment Operation user base
  • SLA familiarity and performance driven work culture
  • Good communication & presentation skills
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • A strong team player and posses leadership qualities with positive attitude
  • Have additional language skill in addition to English and Malay such as Korean, Thai  or Mandarin or Cantonese is an added advantage.
