Support the Senior Manager, Group Information Security Governance in managing Control Testing and ISMS Implementation.

Controls Testing

• Lead in preparation of controls testing plan and carry out key control testing based on the control testing framework.
• Work with various stakeholders to identify key controls operated locally and group wide.
• Prepare control testing reports for management review and reporting.
• Follow up on outcome of control testing with control owners.

ISMS Governance

• Responsible for managing updates, progress and follow up action items including internal and external audit findings, risk treatment plan, performance measurement metrics, corrective action and preventive action plans for management reporting purposes.
• To lead ISMS management review meetings.
• Manage internal and external ISMS audits.
• Review and update ISMS mandatory documents and records including coordination.
• Support extension of ISMS Scope and identification of new metrics for measurement as part of continuous improvement
• To keep abreast of industry best-practices, regulatory requirements and changes with regards to Data Protection

Policy & Standards Management

• Identify internal and/or external security developments and drive actions to create new policies/standards or update existing ones.
• Develop a robust process to ensure that all policies and standards are reviewed and updated on a regular basis in line with internal and external expectations.
• Working with respective document owners to ensure all policies and standard are up-to-date and continuously updated based on Business Units and management feedback.
• Ensure updates to existing standards and creation of new standards are appropriately socialized with all relevant stakeholders prior to rollout.
