Requirements:
- Bachelors’ degree in business or related disciplines
- 8-10 years of sales and marketing experience with credit card and payment experience in banking a plus
- Strong commercial acumen and sensitive to market trend
- Proven success in driving business opportunities with strong project management skills
- Excellent relationship builder as well as a strong networker and communicator
- Proactive with entrepreneurial mindset and creative thinking
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Responsibilities:
- Identify market opportunities and lead the negotiation and development of new business initiatives in driving growth of our integrated loyalty program
- Develop partnership business model and ensure win-win business results to partners, internal stakeholders and the loyalty business
- Maintain partners’ relationship for long-term business growth
- Work closely with internal stakeholders as well as external partners to deliver business results from a project management perspective
- Communicate with key stakeholders to ensure all deliverables are met
