Responsible for the overall testing team throughout test cases design and execution of test cases.

1) Co-coordinating with various teams to ensure testing schedule and deadlines are met.

2) Track and manage defects throughout the test period until closure and sign off the UAT & Regression Testing

3) Monitor progress of test execution of the team to ensure the team meeting testing timeline

4) Ensure all of testing deliverables of the team are met and the procedures are adhered too.

5) Represent the team at various project meetings.

6) Work closely with Hong Kong Business Partner to ensure quality and smooth testing and ensure they are aware risk/awareness throughout the period of engagement of testing.

7) On board new test resources and ensure appropriate planning is done.

8) Planning, monitoring, and control of all testing activities and task.
