1. Dedicated compliance coverage of global market activities in China, including but not limited to compliance advisory, monitoring and project coordination – pls refer to the main responsibilities below
2. MARK relevant regulation interpretation and compliance advisory
3. MARK related business qualification / license application, product filling & project coordination
4. MARK new products review and suitability assessment
5. MARK compliance risk surveillance
6. MARK related operational procedures review and validation where applicable
7. MARK related regulation and internal rules’ training
8. Window contact to industry association / exchanges (CFETS, NAFMII, etc), regional / group Compliance & BLs related to MARK activities
9. Other compliance related works / assignments

任职要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above in Business, Finance or Law
2. At least 10 years experiences in banking industry
3. Minimum 5 years in Compliance Department of reputable foreign bank in China, incl 2-3 years in global market compliance area;
4. Thorough knowledge and understanding of local CBRC/SAFE/ PBOC rules & regulations and relevant compliance policies related to global market activities;
5. Sound knowledge of global market products / services and cross-border activities;
6. Independent, able to work under pressure and multi-tasks at same time, detailed-focused and
7. self-motivated, solution-driven and strong sense of responsibility / ownership
8. Fluent in both verbal and written English and excellent communication skills;
9. Literate in MS applications, WORD, EXCEL, Powerpoint, etc
10. N/A
11. Good working relationship with local regulators, CBRC, PBOC, SAFE, etc
