What will you do Responsible for packing and shipping supervision team with discipline and following the internal work rules, safety and the packing & shipping guidelines. Responsabilities: Lead the packing process assuring the timely packing execution and quality protection of goods Lead the shipping process assuring the timely and accurate loading in transportation to meet on time deliveries to the customers Assure the correct reception process of goods, accesories, warranties and ship shorts and assure the effective control registry to perform timely the respective shipment What will you need to succeed? Packing & Shipment experience for high dimensioned equipments. Experience and leadership for managing people (union). Knowlege in 5S´s/6S´s and lean manufacturing concepts. Strong skills to be organized and handle many topics at the same time. Develop and implementation of improvements projects.
