We are looking for highly motivated and skilled engineers to help us lead scrum teams, design & develop UI Software Framework & Features for next-generation Mercedes-Benz vehicles at our R&D Division in Bangalore, India. This role is to be part of UI community & work closely with our counterparts in Germany to lead scrum teams & interact with different stakeholders like UI Concept, Design and Product Owners, Development & QA team to deliver Innovative features as part of our latest automotive embedded platforms for MBUX.
- Responsible to coordinate & facilitate UI project team by hosting all scrum ceremonies (daily stand up, sprint grooming, planning, retrospectives)
- Coach and lead development & testing teams on agile and scrum practices.
- Track and manage UI team tasks to ensure progress is on pace to reach sprint goal and status is transparent through documentation using Atlasian Tools.
- Ensure important deadlines, dates, announcements are communicated to scrum team.
- Ensure team rules, dependencies and impediments (ex: lack of knowledge / experience, hardware, resources, etc) are addressed expediently.
- Calculate team capacity metrics for sprint planning and improvement.
- Focus on A-SPICE & ensure processes are adhered.
- Review, revise, innovate and implement processes for improvement. Document and communicate any new processes.
- Multiple stakeholder interactions (Concept, Design, Product Owner, Dev team, QA etc.)
- Provide visibility of team status and issues to senior management Promote a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity and innovation Promote continuous team improvement, measure the team, and help the team and individuals measure themselves
