Mercedes Benz Research & Development India (a subsidiary of Mercedes Benz AG) is looking for experienced professionals for Product Owner/Function Owner role in area of Autosar for the State of the Art "Mercedes Benz Operating System" in the area of Automated Driving.
Responsibilities:
- Define portfolio backlog for particular feature/ functions i.e Safety FUSA and CyberSecurity Functions for product.
- Coordinate requirements for System Functions, Software Platform and Integration with interdepartmental interface partners and concretize them in exchange with the architects, subproject managers and technical leads.
- Lead definition and prioritization of features for the Product Backlog
- Support teams in understanding the features being defined in the Product Backlog
- Make sure the high-level plan is aligned with customer needs and accepted by the stakeholder
- Lead identification of dependencies between features and maintain a visualization of system’s anatomy
- Ensure profitability, Return of Investment (ROI) for the feature set being part of the Product Backlog
- Define and maintain mapping between features and feature teams.
- Lead milestone-planning workshops with customers on a need basis
- Lead the communication of milestone planning aspects, milestone goals and feature scope to team members
- Manage and steer 3rd party suppliers to ensure high quality and on-time delivery of their parts

Desired Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Autosar Architecture.
- Strong knowledge on BSW modules, Safety FUSA functions, Security implementation for the ECU.
- Strong working knowledge on Autrix controllers
- Good Knowledge on CAN, LIN, Ethernet Protocols.
- Experience in working on function/feature level and deriving requirements.
- Experience in working with Configuration and Change management tools (RTC, GIT, PTC (MKS).
- Experience in working with DOORs.
- Good working Experience in agile framework.
- Good Understanding of system level knowledge on adas systems.
- Good understanding of end customer needs.
- Experience with embedded software development
- Know-how and experience with Linux, QNX is a plus.
- Know-how of adaptive autosar is a plus.
