Job Objective

• As deputy of MBPM CFO

Task Description
1. Take lead in all controlling functions and daily operations
Take lead in the Controlling team for all topics, including revenue/cost/cash/equity controlling, budget planning and reporting, risk management and daily operations.
1) Be responsible for budget planning overall management, including set up timeline and milestone activites; define budget target to BU; negotiate with BU for budget details; align with HQ controlling for final budget plan; enquiry clarification, present to management team for approval
2) Operate daily controlling activites, including review monthly submissions/report; clarify business topics and provide controlling opinions and advices; deliver high quality solided financial picture to the management team.
3) Act as good business partner proactive to respond and resolve finance related topic together with business units; Identify value added / critical topics and proactive address to supervisor / management with recommendation.
4) Discuss and negotiate with HQ controlling on local Reman topics. Implement HQ process whenever possible to China and communicate to HQ for local China specific regulations.
5) Perform regular risk assessments in alignment with the business units and shared services
2. Planning, Controlling and Reporting:
Ensuring transparency about financial effects of all company business activities, including financial evaluation as decision support to achieve targets (profitability, efficiency) and to minimize company’s risk exposure. Responsible for operative planning and actual financial result. This requires strong time management and strong communication among MBPM internall BU, Customers and Controlling counter in headquarters. Ensure given guideline and premises are fully aligned, understood and confirmed with related parties and planned accordingly. Able to present financial planning results to CFO and MBPM management team in high level with key valuable highlights and remarks.
3. Leading of FC process set up with Shared Services:
Based on MBPM business specific requirements and situation to lead the FC process set up with shared service functions from DGRC (Tax, Treasury, Accounting etc.) and proactively drive changes to strategic and operational excellence
4. People Management:
This requires strong sense of understanding each team member’s needs and to encourage team to be innovative with continuous improvement mindset, responsible for realizing ideas with solid plan to strive for best finance operation in FGA. Additionally it is needed to steer BU colleagues’ contribution for financial topics by a collaboration build on trust.
