In this role you will be:

  • A member of Corporate Services staff.
  • Manage employees and/or outside contractors who construct, maintain, and repair Ultra-Pure Water/MBR Rooms and Systems.
  • Higher job levels establish operating policies and procedures, coordination of multiple functions within a UPW/MBR facility, establishing strategic plans to ensure quality and cost objectives.
  • Responsible for overall safety of personnel, company assets, and the surrounding environment.
  • Plan and schedule daily tasks, uses judgment on a variety of problems requiring deviation from standard practices.
  • Required to develop excellent work relations with his US and Ireland peers to drive benchmark, CE Implementation on Facility systems and Best known methods.

Qualifications

You must possess an academic degree, preferably a Bachelor of Science degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering and/or Chemical Engineering with experience in engineering support to and/or operation of energy and/or chemical and/or mechanical systems.

Additional qualifications include:

  • Experience in technical and operational supervision, preferably in production and/or production support environment, preferably in semiconductor production
  • Experience /Knowledge in Semiconductor and/or High Purity Gasses and Chemical delivery and distribution
  • Management experience; strong integration and coordination skills
  • Commercial and Financial planning and management skills
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Ability to work and respond effectively and efficiently under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Hebrew and English

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
