Are you an expert in residential and commercial mortgage backed securities. We are looking for someone who can:

• Analyze and interpret the performance of RMBS and CMBS sectors and make relative value recommendations;
• Identify attendant risks in specific tranches at the individual security and portfolio level;
• Monitor industry developments, policy risks, prepayment and forbearance trends;
• Deliver periodic presentations to credit committees and capital markets desk personnel;
• Monitor the credit quality of RMBS and CMBS transactions, including cash flow and deal-level financial modeling;
• Develop and managing cash flow models to predict the behavior of individual securities under various macroeconomic scenarios;
• Formulate investment thesis and strategy for these sectors and publish relevant research.
