The MPE is looking for an engineer to join the Austin team to work in the exciting environment of CMV (circuit marginality validation) and quality of every server products. This challenging role will expose you to both system and tester platforms. You will work towards CMV activities using systems, closing system to tester miscorrelation, and drive to quality in both circuit margins and DPM reduction. The CMV team is critical for the success of MVE delivering quality products.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must have a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field with 4+ years experience OR a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field with 3+ years experience in the following:
Software scripting language Python
Systems work (test development and silicon debug)
Thermal experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with:
System validation (dynamic/fix rails, power management, etc).
Systems work (test development, Silicon debug and characterization of new products on system platforms)
Automation
Working with partner teams for CMV activities
Concurrency test, Power performance
System to tester activities for miscorrelation

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
