50. Take lead efficient transition from pilot run qualification to PPAP to SOP within specified time frame and target cost through Pro Launch. 
50. Take lead to come out solutions for productivity and yield rate improvement.
50. Manage documenting processes required to produce products(Manufacturing standard operation procedure-SOP).
50. Manage the documentation update as required and establish consistent reliable change management procedures to ensure documentation is updated at all times.
50. Deliver engineering solutions to agreed specifications within time and budget constraints, and creating innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
50. Implant continuous improvement of manufacturing efficiency of new and current product lines.
50. Support product quality reviews (scrap rate). Schedule and technical performance on selected engineering development projects. Identifies needs for corrective action plans for under-performing projects and provides oversight of corrective action plans.
50. Team up with RD/MFG/QC/FE/SCM to support new process development for business growth(DTC-Direct To Consumer project).
50. Support Global Engineering Standards including Enovia Global Knowledge Base, Enovia Change Management procedures, and transfer of material and process data from Enovia to MfgPro to the shop floor

Qualifications

Requirement:

 

50. Education level required : Bachelor’s  degree in Engineering
50. Basic 5 years process engineering experience, 2-3 years managerial experience is preferred.
50. Rubber chemistry and processing knowledge or experience
50. Experience with process improvement or lean activities.
50. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
50. Demonstrated English language capability and fluency in writing and reading
50. Problem solving skills and the ability to identify the root cause.
50. The ability to have cross-function communicate in a friendly demeanor.
