Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Providing the technique support, and teaching operators to operating, managing the equipments with the right methods.
- On site work to supervise the running situation of equipments, to draft the data collection sheet, and do the analysis work to control the equipment to keep it in a good condition.
- Doing the work of “Production Dialog”, study the information from operators and data, to solve problems or improve the process.
- Study and Improving Process Poke-Yoke, to improve the equipment Mistake prevention effect.
- Set up improvement team, draft the improvement plan and carry it out.
- Benchmarking, and using the group source to keep the technical advance and High production efficiency.
- In charge of technology improvement; Study & Improve the production efficiency, Workstation placing, process flowing, material handling plan, Ergonomics, Hazard Risk and Environment factors analysis and improvement work.
- In charge of continuous improvement execution for assembly line;
- Providing technical support for other departments.
- Executing periodical maintenance plan: and supervising the maintenance work, check the result, do the analysis work of Production line and equipment. Keeping working spot clean and tidiness
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree and above with majored in mechanical, materials, heat treatment;
- At least ten years experience in engineering leadership role preferably within the automotive industry. Some experience working for a multinational company a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in the selection, justification, and installation of capital equipment and documentation of operating procedures.
- Strong conceptual analytical thinking and creative problem solving skills.
- Strong self motivation and the drive to implement projects and engineering strategies.
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to set priorities and manage resources to meet overall business objectives.
- Familiar with SPC, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, the quality system requirement, product liability and the quality process requirement.
- Excellent English language skills, written and oral.
