#### Position Description:


1 Factory & Supplier Support: IPD/CPD products factory, TCC and supplier
support across the portfolio. Staffing and technical expertise to support
product schedules across GPD deliverables include 1) Support for all critical
factory or supplier builds; 2) DPHU drive down and supplier issue resolution;
3) ALT/DVT submission in time, quick defects preliminary analysis and accurate
reporting; 4) Proto/ramp build as scheduled w/ acceptable quality; 5) Fully
meet DE's request, issue list and onsite report in time
2 Execute on early process development for NUDS per Product needs. 1) ME Risk
assessment and DFM review; 2) New/Advanced Material and Process
investigation/trial/evaluation (w/ supplier); 3) Document and evaluate Process
mapping for new designs and initiatives; 4) Flawless supporting New/Advanced
Material and Process validation and optimization till to ramp finishing.
3 Support ME innovation projects design, feasibility study and prototype
build. Take supporting role for fitting and accounting for all necessary
components inside the design envelope, conducting failure analysis, risk
assessments and using that information to evolve the design.

#### Position Requirements:


1 Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or similar
field.
2 More than 3 years’ experience in mechanical engineering in design or new
product introduction.
3 Must possess the ability to successfully plan, prioritize, and organize work
activities and adhere to strict deadlines follow instructions, procedures, and
policies; identify and solve problems.
4 Possess good written and verbal communication skills in English. Good
interpersonal communication skills and ability to operate within a team
environment.
