Job Description
This job requisition is to seek experienced candidate for Intel Dalian HVM1 ME1(Manufacturing and Engineering) Engineering Manager. In this role the selected candidate will report to the DMTM HVM1 ME1 Dry Etch Area manager. Candidate will be responsible for managing a world class equipment engineering team focus on sustaining excellence in Dry Etch tool performance maintenance and improvement. As an engineering manager you will be responsible for working with other team to set strategic direction and execution to deliver business result as well as people development. You will set priorities for the team drive results across boundaries, develop employees and manage performance. You will be responsible for ensuring a safe inclusive work environment while meeting your area factory commitments.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
1 Candidates must have semiconductor engineering background and a minimum of 3 years of industry experience required, equipment related experience is preferred.
2 Candidates need to have demonstrated the ability of identifying and analyzing problems by implementing management system PDCA, plan tasks and solutions to solve engineering problem by effectively utilizing MBPS(Model Base Problem Solving) methodology.

Education Desired degree major
4 At least hold a BS degree in engineering
