An International Consultancy is presently seeking a MEP Manager/Electrical/Mechanical Engineer to assist them with their Campus Development project in Hong Kong and China.

To be a successful candidate you should possess the following key skills:  

• Diploma or above in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Service Engineering or equivalent
• 6+ years’ experience working for Consultants, Contractors or Client side managing campus, institutions, hospitals, and commercial projects
• Oversee the project teams and provide technical advice in construction and MEP works to ensure they are carried out in accordance with latest government regulations,
• The selected candidate should be familiar with E&M installations, testing and commission, reviewing technical designs and liaison with clients and sub-contractors.
• Good English and Chinese communicating skills, those immediately available will be highly preferred
