Major Job duties
Following and managing each order since the beginning until the end by responding at all client’s inquiries or factory’s issues (Quotation, samples, purchase/sales contract, QC, booking, payment)
Communicating with customers and factories regarding the product, prices, quantity, warranty…
Working closely and share the information with the Finance and the Shipping department
Ensuring that the products are sent to its designated place
Ensuring of the quality of the product before sending to clients
Ensuring that the final payment is done correctly and in the right period
Updating all information into company’s database
Recommending new products to existing clients
Following the company’s process
Requirement
Having a professional experience in the sales environment
Knowledge in merchandising and retailing industry
Must have the ability to convince and negotiate
To be well organized and good at planning
Must have the abilities to use the English/Chinese command, both oral and written.
Must have good analytical skills
Knowledge of purchasing practices and procedures
Knowledge of materials, products, and the commodity market in area of specialization
