THE COMPANY :
- Manufacturing and trading
- Main items : decorative candle, gift & premium, home decoration
- Hong Kong office : 60 staff
- Dongguan factory : 1500 workers
- Vietnam factory : 1000 workers
- Main market : USA and Europe
- We are looking for MERCHANDISER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Tertiary education
- Proficient of written and spoken English and Chinese ; Mandarin an advantage
- 2 to 5 years sales / marketing / merchandising / order processing in trading / manufacturing / buying offices of any products
- Experience in sundries items / home decoration / gift & premium / seasonal items / household will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in handling US / European clients / orders is highly prefer
- Reporting to the Merchandising Manager
- Working in a Team of 6 staff
- Responsible for providing professional merchandising service to assigned overseas clients and orders
- Overseas clients and orders following up from sampling arrangement, mass production until shipment completed
- Coordinating with overseas clients
- Coordinating with China factories
- Liaising with internal departments for order processing
- Monitoring order status and production status to meet shipment deadline
- Replying email correspondence in a professional and timely manner
- Ensuring total customer satisfaction
- No trips is required
- OT paid $$
