• Liaise with overseas clients and factory independently
• Handle Orders from sampling to shipment in appropriate manner .
• Able to handle large quantity orders and Co-ordinate with colleagues in different departments
• Travel to China and Fluent Mandarin + English is a mandatory
• Following projects from sample collection to product development is a requirement
• Experience for minimum 5 years
• Strong negotiation, presentation, problem solving skill and able to work under pressure
• Make order status report on daily-weekly basis .
• Experience in Sundries , Novelties , Product Development , kitchen items , General Merchandise is a must .
• Able to source and find product through website and company database in 2 days maximum.
• Work with the sourcing and merchandising team on orders , queries , shipments, Quality Assurance Department.
• Proficient in computers and Chinese typing is mandatory ( Excel , Word , PowerPoint , Outlook )
• 5 DAY WORKS & 13 MONTHS SALARY
