Location: Shanghai

Tasks:

• MES Technical systems engineer for large scale IT manufacturing technical solution implementations and solve/trouble shoot issues onsite and remotely

• Provide business process design and technical advice to customer on project lifecycle activities from design to gap analysis, implementation support, testing, documentation, IT infrastructure, SOP, etc.

• Coordinate with project team members within the operations unit

• Deliver all products and services within the timely manner

• To provide problem analysis advice and business process guidance where requested and give recommendations to clients as appropriate

• Reporting to Director Project Management in regards to corporate and business objectives for assigned customer

  Qualifications – must have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering

• Good verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English

• Good at team work

• Able to multi-task between projects

• Able to work under pressure and deliver under tight deadlines

• Self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic personality

• Ability to travel when required (75%)

  Desired Skills – nice to have

• Have a knowledge in business process focused software (e.g.MES/ERP/SCADA/DCS)

• Have a sound understanding or experience in the definition of processes and workflows, especially in the context of life sciences industry, pharmaceutical, or Biotechnology production.

• Knowledge of GMP, GAMP, safety and environmental regulatory requirements

  Desired Experience:

• 2-5 years of software implementation and project execution experience in a GMP facility for pharma and biotech industry.

• Consultant or engineer role in a team environment with customer.

• Experience in delivering IT projects in the regulated industry

• Experience with Werum’s MES solution PAS-X is a big plus
