Daily work Be responsible to solve the production problem in time Optimize and design new tooling/fixture to improve the production efficiency Update prodcution files: Flow chart, PFMEA, and WI Provide the process operation training to all the operators and monitoring the actual performance Aiming at quality problem in the production process were analyzed, and put forward the improvement measures and solutions 2. Continue Improvement Use lean tools, like VSM, 5S+, Sandard work, TPM, SMED, LMF, and so on, to improve the production line Lead RIE or Kaizen projects to solve special problem in line To ensure all the manufacturing documents is fully compliant to the required criteria and suggest to Project/Design Engineer for continuous design or process improvement, including Work Instructions, In-process Control Plan, etc.; 3.
