Main Responsibilities 1. Branch Strategy 1.1. Analyze Branch performance / trends, key customers, competition and project pursuit performance to enable evaluation and recommendations for improvement. 1.2. Formulate and implement branch strategic plan to meet and exceed set target 1.3. Identify, qualify and lead in the pursuit of branch key business opportunities 1.4. Integrate and execute HQ branch strategy and provide China feedback to HQ 1.5. Develop and support analyzer system integrators to win projects. 2. Branch Development 2.1. Identify and target key applications and accounts for increased penetration in existing business 2.2. Identify and develop new opportunities and new applications via branch hotspots 2.3. Track and manage strategic projects to increase win ratio together with sales team 2.4. Develop and nurture strong high-level relationships with key DIs / EPCs / SIs 2.5. Support cross selling in strategic project pursuit 2.6. Develop and support analyzer EPC including Designing Institute, Environmental Protection EPC etc. 3. Branch Promotion 3.1. Conduct and recommend in the development of branch value training, key products & applications training for the appropriate sales and customers 3.2. Develop and maintain appropriate sales tools such as fighting guide to support sales strongly 4. Price Management 4.1. Review and update branch price strategy, then execute strictly. 5. Others: Complete other jobs assigned by Segment Manager and BDM team leader. Main Requirements • Engineering Bachelor’s degree or above, automation and or instrumentation major preferred. • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Process Instrument or Industry Automation. 3-5 years’ branch-related experience is preferred. • At least 5 years working experience in petrochemical, Coal chemical industry. • Good command of English in both oral and written; Good presentation skill. • Basic knowledge of an entrepreneur (incl. strategic view, operation; EBIT, costs) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, mature personality and innovative. • Can be ready for frequent business trips.
