HR Management – HR Planning and Steering


We are looking for a student to join our Human Resources Management team for 13 months commencing July 2021. The principle role of Human Resource Management is to support the MINI production operations. As part of a core team, you will have the opportunity be involved in all aspects of departmental activities. You will have the opportunity to interface with management and participate in the decision making processes. The role will require good IT skills as you will be expected to support a number of HR IT Initiatives.

What will you be doing?

  • Strategic Support & Steering Human Resources including Employee Relations for Plants Oxford, Swindon and Hams Hall
  • Supporting the Planning and Steering team in delivery of targets and enabler projects.
  • Reporting and data analysis for topics such as - Gender Pay Gap Reporting, Age Analysis in the Production Triangle, reports to support the Bonus processes.
  • Coordinating the management conference list with up to date SAP HR data.
  • Running the weekly starters and leavers list and running the reports for the HR Dashboard.
  • Studying towards a Business or HR degree and on track to achieve to achieve a 2:1 (Equivalent) or above.
  • Fluent English (both spoken and written).
  • Experienced Microsoft Office user including Excel, Powerpoint and Word and ideally knowledge of SAP.
  • A Driving Licence is preferred but not essential.
  • Proven track record /references from roles in part time or holiday jobs supporting work ethic and interpersonal skills as well as an IT background
