HR SERVICES

HR Services is the first point of contact for employee queries relating to Pay & Benefits. We are responsible to ensure all employees of the BMW Group in the UK are paid on time and correctly. We administer the whole employee lifecycle from new starters to the company, those going on family leaves of absence, change of jobs through to leaving the business.

What will you be doing?

• Processing of Payroll and HR Admin inputs.
• Annual benefits tasks such as selecting and ordering the Christmas Gift and benefit reselection period.
• Facilitate team meetings and team building activities.
• Internal projects.

• A relevant Degree in HR, Business Administration, International Business or similar, on track to achieve a minimum 2:1 or equivalent.
• A keen eye for detail.
• Ability to communicate professionally with a wide range of stakeholders at varying levels in the business.
• Candidates should be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of all standard Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
