This exciting role offers opportunity to: Responsible for Planning system integration, including material/ production planning/ WIP information flow standardization. In charge of the leading the I4.0 system project (ERP/ PLM current system implement optimization) about planning / production scheduling / quality. In charge of labor cost saving through system implementation. Work with functional team to organize the communication flow. Responsible for planning system process SOP set up and training, ability to implement new system to fit in the plant. Participate the functional meeting to guide the team in system demonstration. Continue improvement in system using and suggestion provide to copor. IT team. Implement and execute other assignments by Opex Manager to support the continued improvement projects initialed from plant key operation factors. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Information Engineering, Industrial Engineering. Years and area of experience required 5 years’ experience in manufacturing system integration project (ERP / SAP / PLM / MES / QMS .... ). Experience in system training and coaching. Experience in current system diagnosed and solution provided. Demonstrated English language capability and fluency is plus. Preferred - Bachelor’s degree with Computer Science and Information Engineering background. - More than 5 years managerial experience of manufacturing system integration. Technical Knowledge ERP / Bi/ VBA Soft skills Good knowledge for manufacturing system process. Good teamwork ability and project integration.
