Job Description
1 : Job Purpose Statement
To supervise operation in GSH Material Management Department (MMD) and to fulfil purchasing requirements from hospital at the most competitive rates
监督GSH物料管理部工作,并以最具竞争力的价格满足医院的采购需求
2 : Key Accountabilities
Adherence to corporate standards; must work in accordance to global purchasing practices
遵守公司标准,确保采购工作必须符合全球采购相关规范
To maintain staff satisfaction that lead to overall good performance at section level
在部门层面上,维持员工的满意度水平以达成良好绩效
To ensure efficient order processing to meet the needs of users
确保高效的订单处理以满足用户需求
To minimize stock-out situations
尽最大努力避免缺货的情形发生
To attend to tendering interview related to GSH operation
参加与GSH业务有关的招标面试过程
To prepare reports for management reporting e.g. cost saving reports
为管理层报告准备相关报告,如成本节约报告
3 : Qualifications & Experience
? Good general education, preferably university graduates
良好的全面教育,本科毕业者优先
? Minimum of 4 to 6 years in managing Material Management Department
4到6年物料管理部门管理经验
? Professional degree or equivalent from a recognized institution
由公认机构授予的学位或同等学历
? Ability to Lead: Must demonstrate ability to lead a team
领导能力:必须具备领导团队的能力
? Sourcing Skill: Obtain good market knowledge and able to lead the staff in performing sourcing according to users’ requirements and fulfil company objectives
采购技能:获得良好的市场知识,并能根据用户的要求,带领员工进行采购,实现公司的目标
? Negotiation Skills: Able to lead the staff and negotiate with suppliers for the best deals in terms of delivery, quality and pricing
谈判技巧:能够领导员工,并与供应商就交货、质量和价格方面的***交易条件进行谈判

? Presentation/communication Skills: Must be confident in giving presentation during meetings to management and be able to communicate to all levels of staff

? Able to Coach and Train: Ability to coach and train staff so that staff can perform better
