In this role you will help Intel with the following, but not limited to:
- Responsible for technical functions in support of engineering activities such as design, test, checkout, modifications, fabrications, of design circuitry, electromechanical systems, or specialized test equipment.
- Conducts engineering tests and detailed experimental testing to collect data or assist in research work.
- May perform operational test and fault isolation on systems and equipment.
- Assignments are semi routine in nature.
- Work performed within generally defined parameters.
- Some degree of judgment required in resolving nonstandard problems.
- Normally receives general instructions on most work.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.
- The candidate must possess a High school degree or can be pursuing a technical degree in Electromechanical, Electronic, Mechanical, Software or related field.
- 2+ years in Software (SW) or Hardware (HW) test validation experience.
- 1+ year working with System Architecture Hardware (HW) or Operations System (OS) as a whole.
- Solid understanding of computer architecture.
- Medium English level.
- Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
2+ years of experience with one or more of the following:
- Windows computer operating systems and Windows software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- End-user computer knowledge and navigation, electronic systems troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Testing, repairing, and troubleshooting faulty electronic equipment down to a component using available schematics, technical data, and test equipment.
- Network troubleshooting.

Work Model for this Role
