In this role you will help Intel with the following, but not limited to:

• Plans, provides resources for and directs activities in engineering function to meet schedules, standards, and cost.

• Shift 4V: Sun to Wed Night.
• Shift 5W: Sun to Wed Day.
• Shift 6X: Wed to Sat Night.
• Shift 7Y: Wed to Sat Day.
• Important: all shifts rotate on each quarter.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
 

Minimum Qualifications:

• The candidate must have technical degree in Electromechanical, Electronic, Mechanical, Software or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Tech Industry environment and proven experience as Senior technician and Shift coordinator.
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong commitment to safety and environmental guidelines.
• Advance English level.
• Must have unrestricted-permanent right to work in Costa Rica.

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Deep Lab knowledge across all functional areas.
• Must be able to work without direct supervision to accomplish goals and meet schedules.
• Experience working with others as well as independently.
• Customer Service certification.
