This position is for an enthusiastic passionate candidate who wants to become Product Development Engineer (PDE) in Intel Manufacturing and Product Engineering (MPE).

The successful candidate is expected to participate in global teams to enable Intel product roadmap.

Responsibilities for this position include the following:

• Perform evaluation and debug of new test program.
• Resolve product manufacturability issues related to product testing hardware and software.
• Perform data analysis and deploy solutions to improve test coverage, yield, capacity and product health indicators.

The job also involves develop and debug of support software for test program validation, data analysis and debug

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.   

Minimum Qualifications:

• The successful candidate will be a Bachelor / Master Graduate in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication, Automation and Control Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science with 2+ years of experience in related field.
• 1+ year of experience in leadership roles (examples: project management, team lead, leading key projects/teams).
• Basic knowledge in office programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Candidate must have permanent unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
• Intermediate to Advanced English level.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PERL and object oriented programming skill would be an advantage for this position.
• Basic knowledge in Statistical analysis.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
