We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy Office Assistant to support the team. The ideal candidate will play an important role in keeping the business operations/activities organized, on track, and moving forward.
As the eOffice Administrator, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Calendar management, with shifting priorities and deadlines, booking complex domestic/international travel, managing travel details such as visas, welcome letters and managing expenses.
- Administer in hiring activities such as create position / req, prepare the hiring data when needed, monitor the hiring data in monthly basis
- Assess the importance of a phone call, email, or document and take appropriate action to involve the appropriate parties.
- Demonstrate strong accuracy and attention to detail while taking the initiative to manage logistics of the site such as maintaining organizational charts, phone distribution lists and logistics needs.
- Work with all Microsoft tools, Intel tools, purchasing and finance systems.
- Manage site spending list, track PO and invoice status to ensure spending accuracy
- Support office administration with associated tasks for any of the program or event
- Assist in coordinating activities across the organization, events, conferences, F2Fs; plans and organizes meetings and offsites, prepares agendas, coordinates all logistics.
- Additional duties such as managing tactical projects, general administrative duties
- Work closely with other Senior and Executive admins to help facilitate timely and accurate planning needs.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:

- Great Interpersonal skills. including excellent communication, both written and verbal.
- Well organized and pay attention to details.
- Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
- Experience with Office tools including Sharepoint and MS TEAMS.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office ie. Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and Excel

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
