2、 At least 5 years work experience in manufacturing process engineering and familiar with final assembly process.

3、 Experience in automotive, aerospace, medical, consumer electronics or similar industry.

4、 Professional in DFx[la1] and NPI development.

5、 Professional in process development and yield and UPH improvement.

6、 Strong technical skill in requested product and process related work experience and knowledge

7、 Professional knowledge in the tools and its practice such as Cp/Cpk, DFx, PFMEA, DOE, PMP etc..

8、 Work independently with minimal supervision.

9、 Excellent communication, coordination skill.

10、 Good attitude, enthusiasm, pro-active and team work spirit.

11、Good English written and oral skill.

12、Willing to travel as project support request.

13、 Ability to work under high stress
