Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle all inbound and outbound calls and email (no cross selling is needed)
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints in relation to Pension Business
- Maintain good relationship with customers by providing customer service in professional manner
- Maintain and update call agent system
- Provide clerical and administration support to the team (including data input and filing, etc.)
Requirements:
- Form 7 or above
- 1 year experience gained in customer service / hotline service
- Passed in MPF License Exam is an advantage
- Excellent telephone manner with mature and pleasant attributes
- Good problem-solving, customer oriented and communication skills
- Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
