Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries and complaints through inbound call and email
• Maintain good relationship with clients
• Maintain and update system
• Assist in clerical and administration support

Job Requirements:

• Form 7 or above
• 1 year call centre/customer service experience
• Passed in MPF License Exam is an advantage
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of English and Chinese
