Job Description
Client Service Administrator (MPF Pension Hotline) 15-16K
Job Duties:
- Only handle all inbound and outbound calls and email
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints
- Handle clerical work and ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- Form 7 or above
- Preferably 1 year experience working in call center
- Passed in MPF License Exam is an advantage but not a MUST
- Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
Working Hours: Mon to Fri (0900-1800 or 1000-1900)
Non-sales, pure CSLocation: Fortress Hill
Customer Care Advisor 17-22K
Job Duties:
- Make recommendations on member’s needs
- Maintain relationship with our members through courtesy calls
- Provide customer service in response to written enquiries
Requirements:
- F.7 or above level qualification
- 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience in a call center environment
- Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese and English
- Hands on PC skills including Chinese word processing
Working Hours: Mon to Fri (0900-1800 or 1000-1900)
