Job Description
Client Service Administrator (MPF Pension Hotline) 15-16K

Job Duties:

  • Only handle all inbound and outbound calls and email 
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints
  • Handle clerical work and ad hoc assignments as required

 

Requirements:

  • Form 7 or above
  • Preferably 1 year experience working in call center
  • Passed in MPF License Exam is an advantage but not a MUST
  • Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing

 

Working Hours: Mon to Fri (0900-1800 or 1000-1900)

Non-sales, pure CSLocation: Fortress Hill  

 

Customer Care Advisor 17-22K

Job Duties:

  • Make recommendations on member’s needs
  • Maintain relationship with our members through courtesy calls
  • Provide customer service in response to written enquiries

 

Requirements:

  • F.7 or above level qualification
  • 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience in a call center environment
  • Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese and English
  • Hands on PC skills including Chinese word processing

 

Working Hours: Mon to Fri (0900-1800 or 1000-1900)

Non-sales, pure CS

Location: Quarry Bay
