Job Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis on MPF complaint handling and develop preventative and Assist clients in MPF consolidation.
• Provide professional MPF consultancy services to corporate clients and Provide Good client service and retirement planning advice;
• Provide consultancy services in Retirement Planning, Pension Service as well as build long term relationship with existing clients.
• Have opportunity in assisting to perform Team Management Function (upon working performance)

Requirements

• Freash graduate and IANG candidate are welcome, IANG should be priority
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese and Mandarin
• Higher Diploma/Associate Degree/Degree holder in Business related disciplines
• Relevant working experience in a similar capacity is required for this position (If any)
• High level of confidentiality and urgency
• Fast-paced, Passionate, Enthusiasm and “can-do" attitude
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in computer MS Office operation including Chinese Word Processing Immediate availability is highly preferred
