Establish and maintain communications with service provider representatives to ensure understanding exists for acceptable evidence of performance, key process measurement and analysis. Monitor equipment, material, people, environment, methods, other inputs and process controls to assure MSA-SOW performance and financial objectives are met. Review requests for item additions, deletions or changes in maintenance or spare parts planning factors. Coordinate participation and content of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with the service provider, key customers and the organization. Provides support to internal customers requiring assistance with systems, materials or services not a part of an MSA-SOW. Coordinate activities with internal customers, purchasing and qualified vendors to ensure cost and customer needs are balanced. Monitor and expedite orders as necessary. Surveillance of $18MM in maintenance and repair spare parts inventory and $15MM in associated annual spend. Initiate and/or administer service requirements obligating $3MM in spend annually. Generate annual material cost savings (gross margin improvement) of $600M annually. Analyze data and assess recommendations regarding planning factors, material sourcing, vendor selection and unit cost. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Ability to read and understand documents related to the company’s policies, processes and procedures. Ability to effectively communicate with others using written and verbal skills. Ability to learn and use various system applications including Microsoft Office, Maximo, cVend, SAP-SRM and Cognos among others. Strong attention to detail, organization and time management skills. Possess basic analytical ability to identify material savings and inventory investment. Inventory control, purchasing or project coordination experience preferred. Maximo or SAP-SRM system user experience preferred.
