• Responsibilities
  
  1. Evaluate and select vendors based on specifications, quality, cost and supply through competitive bidding
  
  2. Work closely with other Asia Pacific procurement colleagues to evaluate price optimization through collective buying
  
  3. Ensure compliance to Company's Trade Practices and Code of policies
  
  4. Implement Company’s procurement strategy and goal.
  
  5. Assist with the maintenance of purchase contracts
  
  6. Identify and recommend purchasing administrative processes and systems improvements
  
  Requirement:
  
  1. Engineering degree (prefer mechanical engineering) from top universities in China
  
  2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in purchasing, and import/export, Direct experience in machinery is preferred.
  
  3. Fluency in Mandarin and English languages (both written and oral).
  
  4. Customer-focused, good service sense and quick action, good at working plan and report.
  
  5. Good communication and negotiation skills.
  
  6. Perfect time management, Self-disciplined with the ability to work independently and under stress.
  
  7. Good sense to identify and prevent the risks in the project process.
  
  8. Customer oriented, strong attention to detail, team player.
  
  9. Preferable to experience in machinery purchasing.
