Job Description

• Check price, rebate, claim, sales incentive; confirm with pricing team for rebate and special customer promotion; analyze price impact
• Collect Price/Mix/Raw pricing data collection from Demanding, Pricing, Sales and Retail department for consolidation; Prepare pricing summary for PMR; Update database for mix tracker; Find out and fix gap on pricing between working file and uploaded pricing and volume (SKU code mismatch, template issue, master data issue, etc)
• Process sales order application, including past due amount checking, payment checking, order in system volume and amount checking; Prepare and send credit agreements
• Resolve credit issues; Coordinate and resolve invoice issue with sales/sales admin team and invoice team in Dalian.
• Monitor AR payment process, including payment term and cash/BA payment; Prepare and send current month end due payment amount and detail to sales admin; Confirm with sales and GBS AR team; send AR statement to sales admin; confirm AR balance for customer AR reconciliation purpose
• Maintain and update database for regular tracking, including list price, customer information, credit status & guarantee contract, vprice including schedule cost
• Assist on pricing decisions and daily applications in system
• Gather regular market pricing information with Sales (in mid month)
• Adhoc gross margin analysis support to General Manager and/or AP Pricing Manager

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor Degree or above, major in accounting, finance or economics

2. 2 years working experience

3. Auto spare parts industry background will be a plus

4. Good skills in excel and mathematics

5. Finance experience will be preferred

6. Down to earth; High sense of responsibility
