Market Strategy & Deployment Co-Pilot

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong business acumen to join our Market Strategy & Deployment (MS&D) Team at Mars Pet Nutrition UK (PN UK). The role will co-pilot the creation and deployment of the local commercial strategy for one of Mars PN UK’s largest portfolios. This role sits in the heart of the Demand function and requires someone with strong commercial & analytical skills who can turn insight into actionable plans whilst influencing relevant stakeholders.

• Experience working in Sales, Strategic Revenue Management, Marketing or Category

 

What would be your key responsibilities?

 

• Commercial modelling behind 3 year roadmap to deliver sustainable top line and profit growth
• Supporting with innovation stage gate process through sharing pricing and customer margin scenarios for future NPD.
• Providing ongoing insight and recommendations to the MS&D Portfolio Leader in pursuit of delivering the portfolio strategy and financial objectives.
• Creating external sell in material in partnership with the MS&D Portfolio Leader.
• Diagnosing performance in market (using internal & external data) of portfolios and proposing options to ensure delivery of the portfolio objectives.
• In partnership with the Portfolio Leaders, deploying/governing our strategies to demand teams through various forums and stakeholders.
