Description:
1. Students: 13-16 years old;
2. up to 22 classes of 40 minutes a week;
3. Homeroom duty;

Package:
1. Monthly salary: Negotiable;
2. Housing Allowance provided;
3 .fully paid winter/summer holiday;
4. Airfare reimbursement provided: up to 10k rmb/year at first time; up to 10k rmb/year at the end of each;

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above. Master's degree or above or graduation from well-known universities is preferred;
2.. Having at least 2 years of teaching experience in international schools, experience in teaching IB/HKDSE is preferred;
3. Holding a teacher qualification certificate /IB Training Certificate is preferred;
4. High levels of organizational administrative and inter-personal communication skills are essential. Proficient in student management and handling unexpected classroom incidents.
5. Familiar with moral education theories and practices, capable of integrating moral education into daily teaching and class management.
6. Strong sense of responsibility and excellent class management skills, able to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
7. Outstanding communication skills and team spirit, able to establish good cooperative relationships with students, parents, and colleague;
8. Possess emotional intelligence and empathy, able to understand and care for students’needs and challenges.
