• Focus on Industrial Pressure Sensor product line
• Response sales/customer technical inquiry, and facilitate to offer proper product solution.
• Own ITO phase of the customized product process, and track OTR execution and on time delivery with cross-function team.
• Reinforce sales/channel competency by offering training, tools, handbook, etc.
• Understand the specific market picture, identify growth model, and drive appropriate behavior.
• Participate in product promotion activities, such as seminar, shows, online campaign, etc.
• Collect VOC and competitor intelligence, maintain product value proposition and coach sales team.
• Work closely with global product manager and engineer team to contribute in NPI.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical, Electronic, Automation Engineering.
• 2 to 3 years technical support or customer interfaced engineer role experience in sensor or measurement business
• Be familiar with industries include but not limited to automotive test, marine, railway, oil gas, chemical process, metrology, test equipment, etc.
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skill with cross-function team, favorable inclusiveness.
• Strategic thinking.
• Fast learning skill.
• Excellent English skill in both written and oral.
• Adapt to frequent travel.
