The Center’s goal is to achieve the most efficient and effective technology transfer and manufacturing ramp by combining front- and back-end manufacturing, product engineering and technology development roles.
Job Description
The AMHS Sustaining Group is responsible for maintaining and sustaining the OHT (Overhead Transport), OHS system(Overhead Shuttle), Normal Stockers, Tower Stockers, BWS (Bare Wafer Stockers), Sorters, N2 purge tools, Carriers, Carrier/Wafer Packing Tools, and ASRS.
Responsibilities and Tasks
1.Generate the specification of automated systems within the fab to assist in defining of improvements, equipment requirements and required changes to support ramp.
2.Work with supplier to define product direction.
3.Set up design of experiment, and continuous improvement for the AMHS department.
4.Improve system performance while maintaining a safe working environment of Fab and reducing overall Cost of ownership.
5.Assist with equipment installations and tests.
6.Use mechanical, electronic and PC/software skills to troubleshoot and repair equipment issues.
7.Create and modify equipment procedures.
8.Schedule and perform preventative maintenance on assigned tool sets.
Tools:Windows NT、Visual Basic、PLC
Other Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree(or above) major in Automatic control, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Transportation & Logistics or related fields.
2.AMHS installation, maintenance and performance improvement.
3.Familiar with VB、PLC is preferable.
4.Good English Language Skill.
5.Able to work in shifts.
