As an Incoming Quality Control (IQC) technician in MTB, you will be responsible to support the incoming material inspection and work with local site stakeholders (Process and Equipment Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Process Integration Engineer, Supplier Quality Engineer etc) to drive for good incoming material quality. You will also be supporting IQC engineers in performing engineering diagnostic works to improve incoming product quality through the use of relevant extraction and analytical tools.

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Implement inspection procedures and plans for Module ASM, ASM and TEST direct, indirect materials
• Setup and maintain SAP QM (Quality Management) for incoming materials
• Inspect incoming materials by confirming to product requirements/specifications, purchase orders, delivery orders via visual and measurement tests
• Perform COC (Certificate of Compliance) verification
• Perform FAI (first article inspection) for new materials
• Document inspection results by completing reports and logs; inputting data into SAP QM
• Setup SPC monitoring program and reaction mechanism
• Perform calibration and preventive maintenance as per schedule as well as resolving operational issues to minimize equipment downtime
• Monitor ETO (Equipment Tracking Operations) system and respond to down machine promply
• Ability to work with external and internal groups with a positive, customer service orientated attitud
