Job Description
As an QSE (Clean room/ Calibration/ ESD) Engineer at MTB, you will provide support to all manufacturing and supporting departments at the site with Clean room/ Calibration/ ESD programs, systems, compliance, and strategy. Your will support and implement corporate and site initiatives, as well as analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate systems and programs. You will manage site/department Calibration/ ESD, maintain Calibration/ ESD records, materials qualification reports and forms, instruct classes and workshops as needed, perform Calibration/ ESD Audits, and present material for different initiatives. You can expect to process Calibration/ ESD requests, conduct needs analyses, and determine alignment with the business needs of the organization. In this role, you will identify deliverables, establish timelines and the allocation of resources, and conduct evaluation measures to determine effectiveness..

Maintain and Provide Training and Development
- Ensure training is provided as new quality business processes are developed and assist in development of training materials.
- Work with fabs to ensure local training needs are met.
- Act as a local coordinator or provider of training, relating to quality management business processes, and systems if needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of a Quality Management System for assigned sites, departments, or areas.
Education
Required
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- Engineering - Chemical
- Engineering – Electrical/Electronics
- Engineering - Mechanical
Experience
Desired
3 years experience in any Engineering
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to effectively present to both small and large group.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain strong and open relationships with peer and other functional managers.
- Have good communication skills in English verbally and in writing.
- Good leadership and teamwork skills to communicate and educate WW team members.
- Good organizational skills, critical in coordinating resources and actions.
- Strong project management skills.
- Data extraction, analysis and reporting skills a plus.
- Display good time management and judgment skills.
- Performance must currently be meeting expectation.
