Job Description

Micron’s Taiwan sites include sales and technical support in Taipei along with state-of-the-art fabrication facilities in Taichung and Taoyuan that together comprise the company’s DRAM Center of Perfection. The Center’s goal is to achieve the most efficient and effective technology transfer and manufacturing ramp by combining front- and back-end manufacturing, product engineering and technology development roles.

As a Test Manufacturing Supervisor at Micron Technology, you will be responsible for managing a team of operators to meet production output. You will work closely with Engineering Teams throughout the company to ensure successful final test capability to meet and improve on cost & quality across all Micron’s products. This position will permanently be located in Taiwan. There will be a 3~6 months training period in one of Micron Back End sites at the start of employment.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Manage a production team to meet output and cycle time targets
• Lead and motivate a highly trained and skilled operators.
• Set objectives and goals to improve quality and productivity
• Perform regular troubleshooting to reduce cycle time and cost
• Plan and nurture operator development
• Build a working environment that instills dedication and teamwork

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline preferably with 1-2 years of meaningful experience
• Be flexible in terms of working location
• Proficient in computer applications such as MS Excel and Word
• Ambitious and hardworking with a pleasant personality
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be a team player and willing to work on 12-hour rotating shifts
