The Center’s goal is to achieve the most efficient and effective technology transfer and manufacturing ramp by combining front- and back-end manufacturing, product engineering and technology development roles.

Job Description

As a Test Production Coordinator at MTB, you will be responsible for coordinating with Production Supervisors, Engineers and Section Managers to meet production output and targets. You will also work closely with Engineering and other Production Coordinators to support any needs for Production. You will work with the Production manager to ensure successful Test Production performance to meet targets and improve on CT, throughput, cost & quality indices across all Micron’s products.

This position will permanently be located in Taichung. There will be around 3 months training period at the start of the employment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily/weekly/monthly KPI & objectives and communicating them to each relative people
• Assist production Dept. to meet KPI target
• Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
• Review all projects status and setup regular meeting.
• Check production output according to KPI performance
• Submit reports on performance and progress
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
• Data collection and analysis to ensure department projects on track

Requirements

• Confirmed experience as Production function or similar roles
• Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
• Advanced skills in MS Office
• Organizational and leadership abilities
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Ambitious with a results-driven approach
• Analytical skills
• Bachelor Degree in an IE, engineering or meaningful field
• Has minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Operations (preferably in Test Manufacturing environment)
