Key Responsibilities/职位描述

  1. 制定销售计划,完成销量指标.
  2. 确保KPI的执行及落实。完成各项过程指标跟进。
  3. 提升猎豹装机、激活、48小时配送率及单店产出。
  4. 团队管理,制定团队工作职责及目标,辅导及培训团队成员,激励并发展团队成员。
  5. 关注经销商管理,管理好进销存数据,定期与客户做生意回顾。

 

Qualifications/任职条件

  1. 大专及以上学历,3年以上快消品公司销售管理经验。
  2. 具备较强的数据分析及谈判能力。
  3. 具有良好的沟通表达能力,优异执行。
  4. 熟练办公软件的使用。
  5. 具备较强的在压力下开展工作。
  6. 积极正向,公平公正的管理团队。
