主要职责：

1、以MARS五大原则和MARS所要求的思想行为规范为原则进行相关活动，遵守公司相关政策和SOP，从而高效地进行沟通，协调，组织和质量管理相关活动。

2、作为QA一员，和部门成员一起负责部门的正常运作，达成部门的安全、质量等各项业务指标，包括安全事故率、过程质量指标：质量事故、质量损失、一次合格率、污染率等。

3、负责协助区域质量相关的KPI.KAI的达成

4、质量体系符合性：

维护和加强玛氏质量管理体系；确保玛氏QMP，玛氏Q&FS标准和工厂的法律要求完全符合和有效。

熟悉掌握工厂SOP要求，落实到区域相应WI中并给于审核。

制定有校的岗位质量监控计划，并给于系统管理（QCP系统管理）

遵守岗位质量要求并如实记录岗位的操作，包括但不限于：岗位的操作要求、质量检查要求、清洁要求、质量体系要求（包括但不限于：Mars QMP以及相关标准；WQMS：箭牌标准；FSSC 22000）以及相关法律法规要求

完成区域新项目/变更评估，同时进行区域HACCP更新与维护，并进行年度的验证。

遵守食品质量安全和食品防护要求，清楚了解并执行相应的操作指引，及时汇报食品质量或食品安全问题/异常情况/可疑人员或物品，并按要求执行纠正和预防措施，保证食品的安全性。

5、PRIMP

主导区域与过程相关的PRIMP相关的事件。

6、不合格品管控

熟悉掌握SAP系统操作（包括P12\ Atlas系统）

现场不合格品的有效隔离及标示

确保不合格品的有校隔离及扣留或释放失败

7、CAPA

协助区域完成质量事件的根本原因分析和CAPA制定

确认CAPA的有效性验证

建立三级验证机制

8、持续改善

区域变更评审

负责区域质量风险识别和持续项目的开展

定期开展质量改善专题活动

审核及推动质量改善项目的如期开展

能运用QM分析工具（QA矩阵）及培训带领质量改善团队，推动持续改善。

9、质量文化

结合工厂推动DQTS等质量活动在区域的落地

每年制定区域技术员的质量培训

每年区域推广质量日开展

10、确保区域GMP\5S的有校性

协助区域保持岗位的GMP、5S要求，保证工作环境的干净、整洁、清洁和卫生;

参与厂级GMP健康度检查

11、完成工厂QM Pillar的工作

保证QM Pillar日常的运作及看板更新

跟踪各个pillar element 的状态

定期更新pillar成员skill matrix

与中国区QM Pillar小组互动合作
