We are looking for One MYP Homeroom English Teacher for this August of 2025


Candidates Requirements

Education and Certification:
 Bachelor/Master degree in Secondary Education or a related field.
 Teaching certification/licensure.
 IB training and certification in MYP (preferred or willing to obtain) Experience:
 Prior experience teaching at the MYP level in an IB school setting is highly preferred.

Skills:
 Strong understanding of the IB MYP frameworks.
 Familar with MYP English, Literature, Social studies etc
 Ability to inspire and engage young learners in a creative environment.
 Excellent classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.

Additional Requirements:
 A passion for Homeroom MYP education and the ability to inspire students.
 Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varied needs of students in different grades and developmental stages.
 A commitment to the values and philosophy of the International Baccalaureate, including inquiry-based learning and global-mindedness.

Compensation & Benefits

1. Monthly salary before tax:

- Base salary: RMB 20,000 - 25,000 on pay scale
- Housing allowance: RMB 8000 - 10,000 monthly

Performance Bonus: 10% of the total Net Salary of the contract, upon successful completion of this contract Other Benefits:
